Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to get a refund on a Pre-Order before delivery, then please contact author@hinselmeyer.com and you will get your money back minus the transaction fees.

If the release date of the Pre-Order is delayed by more than a month then a full refund can be asked at the same email address.

After successful delivery of the Pre-Order, the sale is final and there is no refund.
